We know the autonomy and dignity of marginalized and minoritized communites deserve to be respected and their authority recognized.
Consequences
We have a purpose to our presence and that is to recognize the origins of the social determinants of health, take strategic action, and achieve measurable results that communities will experience.

We address the structural inequities inherent in our healthcare systems that have resulted in disservices to patients and providers representing diverse communities.
